National Chef of Wales title helps Iain land post at luxury hotel

Winning the coveted National Chef of Wales title last year helped Iain Sampson clinch a new job this summer as head chef at Bovey Castle, a luxury hotel and sporting estate located in the Dartmoor National Park, Devon.
